Our Process

01

Initial Assessment

We conduct a thorough evaluation of your property to identify all items suitable for re-homing, recycling, or auction. We will advise you of the full process and answer any questions you may have. We fundamentally work with solicitors however if we feel your clearance would benefit others in need then we will send you a quote for your consideration.

02

Expert Appraisal

Our professional valuer will identify any items that would be suitable to be sold at a national specialist auctioneers on your behalf. Our valuer will explain this process to you. All items sent to a live online auction will be in yours or the estate name. The money from the sale of those items will be paid directly from the auctioneers.

03

Re-homing

Our service is value for money considering the amount of work we do after the clearance, ensuring that the items are distributed to those in need, the difference a bed can make to a family that cannot afford to buy one, washing machines, pots and pans, cutlery, bedding and towels these are the things we take for granted, these items make such a big difference to those that have nothing.

Ornaments, books, cd’s and dvd’s, pictures and prints etc are given to charities to sell, if you have a favoured charity we will do all we can to send items to them.

04

Recycling

The majority of clearance companies will just tip the items at a licenced commercial waste site. We hate landfill and dedicate a great deal of time stripping down furniture, settees and other items to remove all metal, fabric, foam and fillings and bare wood in order to sell or give them to be reused. All money raised goes in to our social fund to help local causes. Its our duty to hand over a healthy planet to the next generation.
